Meet Our Team

As part of our E-commerce Support team, Tico is a hands-on, friendly all-rounder in customer experience. He once cycled across Amsterdam to deliver a replacement item personally! Tico oversees ESSD Consulting’s customer service across all platforms and regions, as well as our European web shops. He loves socializing, organizing cookouts, and working out, and conducts business in English and Dutch with the help of Zendesk and AI.

Tico Stafleu

In his dual role, Boyd heads our marketplace advertising team, managing multilingual ad campaigns across European marketplaces. He also acts as our “fire brigade,” providing hands-on solutions to the ever-evolving Amazon environment. Boyd supervises special marketplace projects and assists with team onboarding and integrator queries. He enjoys going to the gym and traveling, and conducts business in both English and Dutch.

Boyd Esser

A vital part of our E-commerce team, Andres oversees customer service, web shop fulfillment, and social media projects. He also keeps the ESSD website and blog updated. With a passion for marketing and a keen interest in e-commerce, he ensures daily operations run smoothly. Outside of work, he immerses himself in football as both a fan and player, and he enjoys traveling. Andres conducts business in Papiamento, Dutch, English, and Spanish.

Andres Figueira

As Finance and Operations Manager, Emmet navigates the complexities of our financial, operational, and compliance processes across Europe. With a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, he oversees import/export movements, sales reporting tools, accounting, and ESSD’s human resources. Emmet enjoys listening to music and watching or playing football, and conducts business in both English and Dutch.

A dedicated E-commerce Manager, Joris leads our E-commerce sales team across all ESSD brands and channels. Known for his problem-solving mindset and patience with our Pan-European marketplaces, Joris drafts marketplace strategies and manages our European web shops. He is the proud owner of our enthusiastic office dog, Tommie, and is soon to be a father. Joris enjoys going to the gym and socializing, and conducts business in both English and Dutch.

Joris Zevering

Also part of our E-commerce & Marketing Support team, Younes is passionate about digital marketing and assists the ESSD Sales Team. He collaborates with Andres on social media campaigns, implements sales strategies, and analyzes customer data to drive growth. In his free time, Younes enjoys football and spending time with friends and family, and communicates in English and Dutch.

As E-Commerce Support at ESSD Consulting, Ghazal specializes in optimizing product listings, streamlining digital operations, and leveraging AI automation to enhance efficiency. She plays a key role in setting up brands on major e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and high-performing product listings, while analyzing data to drive informed decision-making. Ghazal has a strong passion for marketing psychology and business process automation. Committed to innovation and data-driven strategies, she helps ESSD’s clients scale by implementing smarter, more efficient solutions.

As part of our E-commerce Sales Team, Mihin oversees customer service, web shop operations, and the daily management of online sales activities. With a background in Marketing Management, he brings both analytical and creative strengths to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys building Gunpla models, going to the gym, and exploring ways to merge creativity with business. He works comfortably in English and Italian.

As part of our E-commerce team, Dominik overlooks customer service, web shop fulfillment, and the day-to-day running of operations. With a background in international business, a strong interest in e-commerce and consulting, he brings a valuable support to the team. Outside the office, Dominik enjoys playing and watching basketball, and has a passion for travelling. He works comfortably in both German and English.

Founder and Director of ESSD Consulting, Dagmar brings over 25 years of experience in building brands across Europe. Since 1999, she has been based in Amsterdam, helping brands enter the European market. In today’s retail landscape, Dagmar focuses on cohesive marketplace strategies and digital marketing. Outside of work, she is a passionate cook, tango dancer, swimmer, and enjoys contemporary art and piano music. Dagmar is multilingual, speaking German, English, Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, and Czech.
